STYLEYASELF – VENDOR TERMS & AGREEMENT
1. Introduction
This Vendor Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between StyleYaSelf (“Platform”) and the registered vendor (“Vendor” or “Seller”).
By registering, listing products, or using the platform, the Vendor agrees to comply with the terms and conditions outlined below.
2. Vendor Eligibility
Vendors must sell authentic, legal, and high-quality fashion and lifestyle products only.
- All products must be genuine and accurately represented
- Clear product images and detailed descriptions are required
- Vendors must maintain accurate inventory levels
- Counterfeit or misleading products are strictly prohibited
StyleYaSelf reserves the right to approve, reject, or remove vendors or products that do not meet platform standards.
3. Product Listing Requirements
To maintain marketplace quality and trust:
- Each product must include a minimum of three (3) clear images
- Product descriptions must be accurate, complete, and not misleading
- Prices must be honest, final, and transparent
- Duplicate or low-quality listings may be removed
StyleYaSelf reserves the right to edit, suspend, or remove listings that violate these requirements.
4. Commission Structure
StyleYaSelf operates on a commission-based model:
- Commission ranges between 15% – 25% per completed sale, depending on product category
- Commission is automatically deducted from each successful transaction
- No hidden charges or subscription fees apply unless otherwise stated
5. Order Fulfillment
Vendors are responsible for timely processing of orders:
- Orders must be confirmed within 24 hours
- Orders must be dispatched within 48 hours
- Vendors must notify StyleYaSelf promptly in case of delays
Failure to meet fulfillment timelines may result in penalties, reduced visibility, or account action.
6. Logistics & Delivery
StyleYaSelf provides logistics support to ensure smooth delivery:
- Vendors are required to prepare and hand over orders to StyleYaSelf or its logistics partners
- StyleYaSelf manages delivery to the final customer
- Vendors must ensure products are properly packaged and ready for dispatch
7. Payments & Payouts
- StyleYaSelf collects all customer payments on behalf of vendors
- Vendor earnings (after commission) are processed and paid out within 3–5 working days after delivery confirmation
- Payments are made to the vendor’s registered bank account
StyleYaSelf reserves the right to withhold payouts temporarily in cases involving disputes, returns, or policy violations.
8. Returns & Refunds
- Customers are entitled to a 48-hour return window after delivery
- Vendors are fully responsible for faulty, damaged, incorrect, or misrepresented items
- Vendors must cooperate in resolving return or refund requests promptly
Failure to comply may result in refund deductions, penalties, or account suspension.
9. Vendor Responsibilities
Vendors agree to:
- Maintain high standards of product quality and service
- Provide accurate listings and pricing
- Respond promptly to orders and communication
- Comply with all StyleYaSelf policies and guidelines
10. Prohibited Activities
The following are strictly prohibited:
- Selling counterfeit or illegal products
- Misleading product descriptions or pricing
- Order manipulation or fraudulent activity
- Circumventing the platform to transact outside StyleYaSelf
Violations may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination.
11. Account Suspension & Termination
StyleYaSelf reserves the right to:
- Suspend or terminate vendor accounts for violations, misconduct, or poor performance
- Remove products that fail to meet platform standards
Vendors may also terminate their account at any time with written notice, subject to fulfillment of outstanding obligations.
12. Intellectual Property & Rights
By listing products on StyleYaSelf, the Vendor grants the platform a non-exclusive right to display, promote, and market their products across all channels.
13. Limitation of Liability
StyleYaSelf shall not be held liable for:
- Losses arising from vendor misconduct or product issues
- Delays caused by unforeseen logistics or external factors
- Indirect or consequential damages related to platform use
14. Amendments
StyleYaSelf reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Vendors will be notified where necessary. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
15. Acceptance of Agreement
By registering and continuing to use StyleYaSelf, the Vendor:
- Confirms they have read and understood this Agreement
- Agrees to comply with all terms and policies
